What Our Parents, Students, and Teachers Say

Parent Voices
"We want our children to get more than academics in their education. St. Mary's teaches religion/morals, provides a warm environment, and promotes a sense of community. We like the full day pre-school program, after school care, and the wonderful people who work there."
"We have sent our seven children to St. Mary's School. It's much more than an outstanding education; it's a family to us."
"Our kids started St. Mary's in the fall of 2004 and we have never once regretted the decision we made; the kids enjoy school and our family feels connected with the school community."
"We send our daughter to St. Mary's School because of the personal attention and quality education she receives from the dedicated teachers and staff."
"I love St. Mary’s. The teachers really care about my girls; I know they are safe and loved. That’s important to me and my children."
"We love the small class size and the strong academic program, but the primary reason we send our children to St. Mary’s is because of the faith-based learning. Growing up is so very hard to do, and we want our children to be able to learn about Jesus in school and at home so that they will be able to handle all of life’s struggles."
Teacher Voices
"I sent my children here. What I like best about St. Mary’s is that everyone works as one and the children are put first. I grew up with a Catholic education and wanted to give back to Catholic education, and what better place is there to do this than St. Mary’s School?"
Mrs. Ray, 1st Grade Teacher
St. Mary’s is a wonderful place to teach. I am really enjoying my time here. The children are so happy and enthusiastic to be here.
Mrs. Considine, 2nd Grade Teacher
All four of my children went to school here and are doing quite well educationally and spiritually. I really enjoy teaching at this school. One of the things that I like best is gathering around the prayer table with my class and sharing life’s joys and sorrows.
Mrs. Saul, 4th Grade Teacher
Alumni Voices
Now that I am in high school, I realize how educationally prepared I was at St. Mary's.
St. Francis High School Sophomore, 2003 St. Mary’s Graduate
St. Mary’s provided me with a quality education that prepared me well for my high school years at St. Francis High School, where I graduated at the top of my class. My friends from St. Mary’s and I are thankful that we were fortunate enough to go to this school.

Student  Voices
I love playing and learning a lot. Everyone (teachers, friends, older students) is very nice to me.
Four-year old preschooler
I like EVERYTHING at St. Mary’s; especially learning about God and making new friends.
2nd Grader
The best thing about St. Mary’s School for me is the spiritual growth that I’ve received. We go to Mass weekly to be close to God. We also have confession, daily prayers and communion. We talk about treating each other the way God would want us to. St. Mary’s has been the best school for me. I look forward to going every day and seeing the teachers and my friends.
7th Grader
I like the kids in my class; they are nice to me. I like to make books; my teacher teaches me lots of new things. I know God is real and he is not pretend.
Kindergartener
I love St. Mary's School. My classmates and my teachers are like my family.
6th Grader
The heart of St. Mary’s School is rooted in the loving kindness of all its teachers and students. The teachers are here to help whenever you need them, and the students are the friendliest you’ll ever see. Everyone you will meet here will become your family.
8th Grader
It’s not just the building that makes St. Mary’s unique. You see God in the students’ faces, the teachers’ helpfulness, and the dedication of our volunteers.
